Restoration efforts are ready for customers who may be impacted.

A reliable power grid is not just a convenience—it's a necessity. Recognizing this, Entergy New Orleans has spent years making significant improvements to our power delivery infrastructure, an effort that has demanded considerable investment and strategic foresight.

Restoration is complete after storms, including two confirmed tornadoes, moved through Entergy Mississippi’s service territory this week. Since Monday night, crews restored power to 66,074 customers. Electrical power has been restored to all customers who can safely receive power.

Crews have been working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power. As of 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, crews have restored power to more than 55,900 customers, and 5,420 customers are without power.

ith the official start of hurricane season on June 1, Entergy New Orleans and Entergy Louisiana are ready to respond if needed and are encouraging customers to be storm ready as well.
