All impacted customers who can safely take power are expected to be restored tonight.

As hot summer temperatures return throughout the state, Entergy Arkansas is taking action to help customers save money and manage their utility bills. For our customers in the Little Rock area, we will be hosting an in-person event on July 18, in partnership with local community advocate organization The Watershed. The event will be 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 3701 Springer Boulevard in Little Rock.

Funds help nonprofit partners provide disaster relief and assistance with rebuilding and recovery.

Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their summer energy bills can apply now for up to $475 through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) on a first come, first served basis.

This year, the program is awarding nearly $50,000 in grants to support digital marketing and economic development training.

Entergy New Orleans today announced the addition of Leroy Nix to the operating company’s leadership team. Nix will serve as the vice president of regulatory and public affairs for Entergy New Orleans.

Located in downtown Brandon near I-20, the company’s $350,000 fast charging station will serve both residents and EV drivers passing through on I-20 and nearby I-55.

The plan benefits communities by minimizing outages, reducing restoration costs and improving recovery times for extreme weather events while keeping rates affordable.
