With temperatures on the rise in Southeast Texas, there’s good news ahead for Entergy Texas, Inc. customers. Average residential electric bills will drop by $4.59 per month when fuel-related refunds and credits begin showing up on July bills. The lower rates will remain on bills through September.

The Louisiana Public Service Commission voted today to approve construction of the Lake Charles Power Station, a 994-megawatt combined-cycle power plant in Westlake.
