Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service, has named Entergy Corporation among The Civic 50. The designation recognizes Entergy as one of the most community-minded companies in the United States.
Entergy’s participation in National Volunteer Month reflects the company’s year-round community involvement and support.
In 2017, Lone Star College’s Kingwood and Montgomery campuses partnered with Entergy Texas to participate in three energy savings programs offered through Entergy Solutions, saving 2,130 kW and 355,851 kWh for a total incentive of $87,658.82
