New customer service managers appointed to Vicksburg, Pearl, Greenville and Brookhaven areas

JACKSON, Miss. – Entergy Mississippi has appointed new customer service managers to four areas within its service territory. Combined, the new managers will work with distribution teams in their respective areas to support communities in and around Vicksburg, Pearl, Greenville and Brookhaven.

Mitchell Johnson is based in the Vicksburg office, serving customers in Warren and Claiborne counties. Johnson started his career with Entergy Mississippi in 2022 as a distribution power operator at the Distribution Operations Center in Jackson. He also brings several years of experience from his roles as a supervisor in the Meridian Public Works Department, and as a drilling fluids engineer. Johnson is a Jackson State University alumnus, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and earth system science.

Alicia Richardson is based in the Pearl office, where she serves customers in and around Rankin County and Magee. Richardson brings 18 years of customer service experience to the role having served in several customer service and training positions, including senior customer service representative. She was also a member of the 2023 cohort of Entergy’s RISE: Emerging Leaders Program, which provides inclusive learning opportunities to diverse, high-growth potential employees. Richardson earned her bachelor’s degree in management and a certificate in human resource management from the University of Phoenix.

Andreal Turner is based in the Greenville office, serving customers in Bolivar, Holmes, Humphreys, Sharkey, Sunflower and Washington counties. Turner brings 20 years of experience to the customer service team, having previously advanced to a senior clerk position before taking on her current role. Prior to her clerk roles she worked with the customer assistance desk, where she communicated important updates with both residential and business customers. Turner is a proud committee member and volunteer for the United Way of Washington County.

Fisher Warren is based in the Brookhaven office. He serves customers in and around the city, including Crystal Springs, Hazlehurst, Prentiss, Monticello and McComb. Prior to this role, Warren worked for two years in systems and designs as an electrical and instrumentation & controls engineer at Entergy’s Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. He’s a Mississippi State University alumnus, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Warren was also an engineering intern, working with the Brookhaven office and Grand Gulf Nuclear Station during his college years.
