Entergy Arkansas Restoration Efforts for April 12 Thunderstorms

04/19/2020

Entergy Arkansas has restored service to over 127,000 customers that lost power during the recent large line of severe thunderstorms with straight-line winds that moved through Arkansas late Sunday evening April 12, 2020.

Nearly all customers that can accept electrical service safely have been restored; however, crews continue to work isolated especially difficult cases. If you are still without power, please call 1-800-9OUTAGE to ensure we are aware. If the service line to your home or business is damaged, you may have damage to your meter base. If so, you may be required to have an electrician make repairs before Entergy Arkansas can safely reconnect service. Once repairs are made, call 1-800-ENTERGY for a reconnection.

With the potential for more severe weather moving into the state starting Sunday afternoon and into Monday morning, be prepared if you should lose power.  Review your storm preparedness plan and remember to charge your mobile devices.  Our dedicated employees stand ready to restore your power again quickly and safely.

Thank you for your patience as our team worked to restore power. And thank you for being a valued Entergy Arkansas customer.
